At Zenkor, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are accepted.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges are provided only for damaged or wrong items, subject to stock availability.
Zenkor reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request based on verification and policy conditions.
