Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the cancellation request is approved, the order amount (if prepaid) will be refunded according to our refund process.
Orders Cannot Be Cancelled After Dispatch
Once an order has been packed, processed, and dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. Customers are requested to carefully check product details, selected model, delivery address, and contact information before placing an order.
Incorrect Orders
If you accidentally place an incorrect order, please contact us immediately before dispatch. We will try our best to assist if the order has not yet been shipped.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund. Any applicable shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
